No image or content may be used for commercial, or other, purposes without prior written consent. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Product Sales

We offer photographic prints for sale through our website. All product prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

3.1 ‘LD’ Limited Edition Prints

A photographic fine art print by Laura Dyer, limited to 50 in number across all sizes worldwide, produced as part of a limited edition run and digitally signed. 

3.2 Boutique Collections

Usually a pop-up limited edition run and not always present on the store. A photographic fine art print, limited to a maximum edition run of 25 prints for across all sizes worldwide. Each boutique collection print is inspected, signed and marked with the collection type and number by Laura Dyer. In countries with high import duties (eg USA) I may print this locally and separately post a signed certificate of authenticity containing my signature, stamp and description of the print.

3.3 Signature Collection

A photographic fine art print, limited to a maximum edition run of 12 prints total across all sizes worldwide. Each signature edition print is inspected, hand-signed and marked with the edition type and number by Laura Dyer. In countries with high import duties (eg USA) I may print this locally and separately post a signed certificate of authenticity containing my signature, stamp and description of the print.

4. Refund Policy

We take great care to ensure that our products arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged, you are entitled to a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing photographic evidence of the damage.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental orders.

5. Customs, Excise Duties & Import Taxes

5.1 As a responsible international seller, we are legally bound to provide information on the relevant import and export authorities when shipping prints.

5.2 We will ensure, where appropriate, that the value stated for the purposes of import and export to the country of delivery is accurate and correct, reflecting the actual material replacement cost of the order.

5.3 The payment of any import customs charges, duties and taxes, whether local or international, are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Copyright and Ownership

6.1 By purchasing a print from us, you understand that you own a copy of an original photograph as captured by the original creator, Laura Dyer.

6.2 At no point do you, or will you, own the copyright of any image purchased from us as a print.

6.3 Prints may not be reproduced, copied, shared electronically or used for any commercial purposes without our prior, express, permission and any applicable fee (as determined by us) being paid.

6.4 It is illegal to produce copies of any work which is copyrighted by us, and we reserve the right to request legal assistance to enforce any applicable laws should any breach of copyright be discovered.

7. Safaris and Experiences

Enquiries about photographic safaris are handled personally. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. Full terms of service for safari bookings will be provided upon confirmation of interest.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect personal information through enquiry forms and newsletter sign-ups, including names, email addresses, and relevant travel preferences. This data is stored securely and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
