I love to travel, and I love photography, as it allows me to better appreciate the wonderful things I see. I am happiest when sitting camera in hand, watching one of Africa's great mammals crossing the plains, or a polar bear hunting on the ice. Nothing inspires me as much as a sunrise, and nowhere in Africa thrills me as does the Kalahari. I have also fallen for the Arctic, and her beautiful wildlife and landscapes- this fragile ecosystem on top of the world is captivating in every sense of the word, and I don't believe its a place that can ever be 'seen'.

I take every opportunity to get out into the bush, or to travel to other countries. My passion is wildlife photography, and since I began taking photo's three years ago, I haven't let a free moment pass without a trip to the bush.
